There are two ways to vote by absentee ballot, either in person at the Clerk's Office or you may request a ballot to be mailed to you.

Tuesday July 28, 2026 - Friday August 7, 2026. Hours will be posted prior to July 28th
In Person Absentee voting is not permitted on the Monday before an Election per Wis Stat 6.86(1)(b)

Mail Absentee Voting
Clerk's Office will begin mailing absentee ballots for the August 11, 2026 Partisan Primary on June 25, 2026, continuing through the deadline of August 6th for regular and overseas electors or August 7th for calendar year requests or indefinitely confined electors.
You are strongly encouraged to make your request early to allow time for mailing the ballot to you and for you to return your ballot to the Clerk's Office.
If you need an absentee ballot mailed to you, visit myvote.wi.gov to request an absentee ballot online or complete the Absentee Ballot Request, print, sign, and return the application to the Clerk's Office with a copy of your photo ID.

All absentee ballots should be returned as soon as possible to ensure they can be counted and must be received in the Clerk's Office by 8:00 pm on Election Day.
- Ballots may be returned via US Mail (mail at least one week before the Election)
- Ballots may be returned via the secure dropbox available at the Town Office by the front door.
- Ballots may be returned to the Clerk's Office during regular office hours or on Election Day between 7:00 am and 8:00 pm.
- Ballots received after 8:00 pm on Election Day will not be counted.
